About the Beaverton Historical Society

The Beaverton Historical Society is a 501c3 non-profit organization (EIN# 26-2940921) dedicated to the preservation, interpretation and celebration of our city’s history. As an all-volunteer organization, any gift or donation large or small will be greatly appreciated and help us as we promote our cultural heritage through presentations, education and events.

Our mission is to provide education to the community about our cultural heritage through the preservation, interpretation and celebration of our historic past.

Goals

  1. To collect and preserve photographs, artifacts and documents that relate to the city.
  2. To make Beaverton history accessible to the community both online and through exhibits, educational programs, publications and events.
